but they’re often not the whole picture

Your pelvic floor doesn’t work in isolation

the pain
the pressure

But there are usually two layers happening at the same time

The symptoms you are feeling in your body
and how your system is responding to it

A lot of pelvic floor advice misses what’s actually driving symptoms.

A lot of women are doing all the “right” things (kegels, stretching, squeezing etc) and still dealing with sympto
When a flare hits, your brain goes into overdrive.

“Something is wrong.”
“I messed up.”
“This is never going to end.”

Those thoughts feel true in the moment but they’re also feeding the cycle.
