UNDERSTAND • REBUILD • RECOVER

If you want different results, you have to do things differently...

You aren’t looking for another “theory” of why you are still in pain. You want a guided plan that works.

THIS WORK IS FOR YOU IF…

✓ You have persistent pelvic pain/other symptoms that are not getting better despite trying everything like physical therapy, seeing specialists, massage, stretching etc.

✓ You’re open to the idea that your pain has more than a structural cause, and may involve emotional & nervous-system factors the medical model doesn’t fully address.

✓ Movement feels confusing. Do you completely rest or keep moving? What specific movements should I do and what should I avoid? What won’t make me worse?

✓ You understand this journey is not a quick fix and you are open to do the deeper work required to change long-standing pain patterns.

This work might not be for you if…

You want a purely medical or physical-only approach and are not open to nervous system or mind–body factors.

You are not open to exploring how stress, fear, emotions, or life experiences may be influencing your symptoms.

You are looking for a quick fix, instant results, or a one-time session to “make the pain go away.”

Mentoring

This is individualized 1:1 mentorship, designed to address & change the root drivers of pain rather than simply managing symptoms. As a Pain Reprocessing Practitioner, I work with both the nervous system & the body.

Some sessions will focus on neuroplastic pain coaching, emotional processing & retraining safety. Other sessions may include movement, when it supports your healing. Some sessions will be a mix of both!

There is no rigid protocol. Your sessions are guided by your goals with your pain & what your nervous system needs most.

  • Depending on what your nervous system and body need, sessions may include:

    • Somatic tracking and nervous system reconditioning

    • Graded exposure to feared movements or sensations

    • Neuroplastic pain education

    • Emotional and subconscious pattern coaching

    • Stress and nervous system regulation practices

    • Pelvic floor–supportive movement and breath work

    • Functional strength and stability retraining

    • Corrective and restorative movement work

Everything we do is personalized to your symptoms, goals, and readiness, this is not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

  • I offer 3 month and 6 month packages. Each package includes bi-weekly mentorship calls along with supplemental personalized tools to maintain support and ensure continued progress in between sessions.

  • I work with clients across the U.S. and internationally through a virtual, 1:1 mentorship model. All pricing is in USD

    3 month mentorship: $2,400

    6 month mentorship: $4,200

Your First Step

Schedule a Private Consultation

The first step to working together is a one-on-one consultation.

This isn’t about fixing everything in one call or giving you yet another list of things to try.
It’s about understanding your symptoms, your history, and what may actually be driving your pain.

We’ll start connecting the dots so you can make sense of what’s happening in your body and feel more confident in what to do next.

Start here

Download my Neuroplastic Pain Checklist

Before your consultation, you’ll be invited to download my Neuroplastic Pain Checklist, a screening tool designed to help identify whether your symptoms may be neuroplastic in nature.

This checklist can act as a tool to better support our consultation and understand your pain more clearly. Many people find that completing this checklist offers a sense of relief and makes their pain seem less frightening.

What this consultation will include:

This is a comprehensive, nervous-system–informed consultation where we explore:

✓ your symptom history

✓ what you’ve already tried

✓ what may be driving your pain

✓ how your nervous system may be involved

✓ what your next supportive steps could look like

You’ll leave with greater clarity, a deeper understanding of your body, and a calmer relationship with your symptoms, even before formal mentorship begins.

This consultation is for women who have already been medically evaluated or are in the process of doing so, and are looking to better understand the role of the nervous system in their symptoms.

A note about working together

✓ My mentorship packages are designed as longer-term, high-touch personalized support.

✓ Most clients work with me over a multi-month container to allow true nervous system change and physical retraining to occur.

✓ This consultation is not a commitment to a mentorship package, but it is the required first step before working together.

✓ If you choose to continue, the cost of your consultation is credited toward your mentorship container and counts as your first official session.

FAQs

  • Because every nervous system and healing journey is different, I can’t ethically guarantee specific outcomes. What I can guarantee is a thoughtful, evidence-informed, highly individualized approach that addresses the root drivers of persistent pain not just symptom management. Many clients experience meaningful relief, improved function, and a restored sense of safety in their bodies through this work.

  • Because this is individualized one-on-one mentorship, all purchases are non-refundable once services have begun. This ensures protected time, personalized preparation, and continuity of care. Full details are outlined in your service agreement prior to beginning.

  • Absolutely and in many cases, this is encouraged. My work is complementary and non-medical, designed to support nervous system regulation, movement confidence, and pain reconditioning alongside any medical or physical therapy care you may be receiving.

  • Anxiety and low mood are very common alongside chronic pain, and your nervous system does not separate physical symptoms from emotional experience. While I do not provide psychotherapy, our work supports nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and mind–body safety which many clients find deeply supportive alongside therapy or mental health care.

“A lot of my life used to revolve around anticipating pain & planning things around it.

Now I feel more confident letting go of that constant need to predict and control.
I’m no longer stuck in that cycle, I feel like I’m actually responding to my body instead of fearing it..
